How do I become part of CCCSM?
All CCC Singles Ministry meetings and events are open to all those who are unmarried, divorced, widowed, dating and engaged to be married. You do not have to join the CCC Singles Ministry or be a member of CCC in order to attend our events and meetings. Once you register for a CCCSM event or meeting you are automatically added to our distribution list, and you will receive notices of upcoming events.
Why do I have to register for CCCSM events and meetings?
We ask you to register for events to help us to properly prepare for the number of people who are interested in attending the event or meeting. Registration also helps us to track the demographics of those who attend our meetings and events so that we can effectively plan Singles programming for the year. You also have the opportunity to submit questions, prayer requests and give us feedback so that we continuously improve how we serve you and the Singles population.
How often does CCCSM meet?
CCCSM meets throughout the year hosting monthly small group meetings on various topics, in addition to several large-scale events. Our current Calendar of Events is posted on the Singles Ministry page on the CCC website at www.cccinfo.org. Please view CCC wide video and web announcements online to confirm the actual dates and times.
How can I volunteer?
All those who desire to serve in any Christian Cultural Center ministry must meet the following general volunteer requirements:
1. Ministry Member of Christian Cultural Center for one year
2. Successful Completion of the Following Required Courses:
• Visions for New Members
• Customer Service
• Spiritual Growth
3. Successful Completion of the 6-8 week CRT Program (Customer Relations Training).
4. Screening interview with approval from Elder Karen Bernard for new volunteers and approval from the existing Department Head for those already serving in CCC Volunteer Ministry.
Once all the general volunteer requirements are met, all those who express an interest in volunteering in CCCSM must undergo an application and group interview screening process prior to being accepted to serve.
